This page aims to increase awareness of Salesforce Marketing Cloud's capabilities in launching omnichannel marketing campaigns.
ObjectiveThe challenge was to redesign and improve the existing layout, which was not responsive and overloaded with text. The previous design included screenshots of interfaces that were resized and difficult to interpret, making it challenging for users to understand the features being demonstrated.
ApproachTo enhance scannability, the information was reorganized into a more concise, digestible format. We reduced unnecessary animations to create a cleaner experience and implemented a dynamic tab section to display the images in a more user-friendly way.

"Become a Customer" is a lead-generation landing page designed to direct potential customers to the market response team and streamline the Sysco Shop's prospect workflow.
ObjectiveTo reimagine and enhance the existing layout in a way that effectively communicates Sysco’s value propositions with a more engaging presentation that increases conversion.
ApproachLeveraged UI best practices to design a high-conversion layout, integrating a Bootstrap CSS framework. The redesign incorporates a parallax effect, with dynamic micro-interactions and animations to create a more immersive user experience. The revised layout lists benefits to address pain points with clear and compelling copy, and incorporates an FAQ section to proactively answer questions and prevent unqualified leads from applying.
ResultThe redesign led to a 5% increase in click-through rates across all components and a 17% boost in form section conversions. The new layout has since been repurposed as a template for dynamically populated pages tailored to segmented audiences.
